Madumetja Derick Mabitsela is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa, specialising in personal injury claims, particularly focusing on Road Accident Fund (RAF), Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA), and medical negligence cases.

He holds an LLB degree from the University of Limpopo, obtained in 2009, and is furthering his studies with an LLM in Commercial Law. Madumetja’s legal expertise also extends to handling divorce matters, unlawful arrest cases, contractual drafting and litigation, labour disputes, and providing legal opinions.

He has represented clients in both Magistrate and High Court proceedings and is a qualified conveyancer.
